rel=\"noopener\">\u597d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u662f\u521b\u65b0\u7684<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u201d\uff09\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u539f\u5219\u8d8a\u662f\u8ba9\u4eba\u8d39\u89e3\uff0c\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u7528\u4f5c\u9003\u907f\u89e3\u91ca\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5408\u7406\u6027\u7684\u501f\u53e3\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4ece\u672a\u4e3a\u4e4b\u594b\u6597\u8fc7\uff0c\u5374\u83ab\u540d\u5176\u5999\u5730\u5f81\u670d\u4e86\u4e00\u5757\u9886\u571f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u901a\u5e38\u5206\u4e0d\u6e05\u539f\u5219\uff08principle\uff09\u4e0e\u89c4\u5219\uff08rule\uff09\u548c\u6cd5\u5219\uff08law\uff09\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u533a\u522b\uff0c\u7f3a\u5c11\u533a\u5206\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u663e\u5f97\u6ca1\u6709\u79d1\u5b66\u4f9d\u636e\u3002\u6cd5\u5219\u3001\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u539f\u5219\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u90fd\u6709\u660e\u786e\u7684\u5206\u5de5\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4e00\u8d77\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51c6\u5219\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u672f\u8bed\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u660e\u786e\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u548c\u5206\u5de5\u80fd\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u8fd0\u7528\u5b83\u4eec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span
